Our good friends from Domaine Carneros recently sent us a sample of a new Mother’s Day package they are promoting with Madame Chocolat of Beverly Hills. Rather than wait for Mother’s Day, I thought it’s a great idea for that “Valentine who has everything”. The milk chocolate ganache truffles have been infused with sparkling wine and lightly dusted with edible gold. The truffles are paired with a bottle of Domaine Carneros Brut 2007 and can be purchased on line for $50.00. A great treat for any special occasion.
